On the format for your submission to the OS workshop, the PC intends to
maximize the sharing of information in your paper at the workshop, therefore
for the proceedings we will only ask the authors to check the format of
reference as described
here. In
your revision, please incorporate the comments as advised by the PC, and send
your paper back ASAP (no later than the 15th of June).
- Poster Authors After
consultation, the PC has decided that your paper will be included in the
post-conference book (like previous ones, by Kluwer Academic Publishers)
within 2 pages' limit (you may need further alteration for this purposed and
include the discussions in the workshop), on the condition that you will
present at the workshop to explain your poster.
Your paper will also be published in the workshop proceedings in its full size
(for sharing your research with others in the workshop), but it will be
presented as a poster (instead of an oral presentation). The space allowed for
each poster will be at maximum of 2m x 2m. You will bring your poster along
when you come to attend the workshop.
- We have arranged on-campus accommodation (Whiteknights
Hall, all rooms en-suite) for workshop participants. Price about 40 pounds

on this website as well as the workshop registration details. Please note the
accommodation is arranged on a first come first served basis. In case
on-campus accommodation is not sufficient, we'll provide information of nearby
